Grinding our own corn meal and flour with a Country Living grain mill

This little project has taken longer than I would have liked, but it is finally completed! We bought a Country Living grain mill and motorized it. We promptly got to work grinding up flour for us and several family members. After we finished with the flour we moved on to making corn meal.
For our corn meal we bought frozen sweet corn at the store and dehydrated it before grinding it into meal. The smell and flavor were really good, but our absolute favorite was made with some of the frozen sweet corn out of our garden that we put up over the summer. Amazing!
