Today I made it out into the shed for a little while this afternoon and setup a Blue English fleshing beam. This beam is designed to be operated standing up instead of bent over at the waist. It is going to be a real back saver!

Tonight the girls helped me make our first ever caramel apples. We cheated and bought the package which included the caramel and popsicle sticks. After wrapping the apple with caramel and poking it with a stick it went into the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
