In anticipation of the insects returning, we decided to get our purple Martin house up on the pole and ready for their arrival. We got it out late last year and didn’t have any nesting pairs.

We brought home this 16 unit purple martin condo today and had it assembled in about 15 minutes. Our hope is that we can attract several to help reduce the number of insects.

I had to make a second trip back to the store for the adapter mounted on the pole. One does NOT come with the kit.
