I’m taking a break from the mowing to upload this picture of the freshly mowed lawn. We don’t go crazy and fertilize or add other chemicals, but it always looks so good when it’s green and freshly cut!
Signs of Spring 2012

Signs of Spring are showing up around here. Robins have returned, birds and frogs are singing, trees and bushes have blooms and we have spotted earth worms on top of the soil.
Before long it will be time to mow and I will get to enjoy that amazing smell of freshly mowed green grass. I wish someone would make scented candles to smell like that!
