Planting Planting Jerusalem artichokes

Our 6 pounds of Jerusalem artichokes arrived in the mail this week and we got them right in the ground. They’ve gone into three different spots where they’re out of the way and can be allowed to go wild.
We’ve never had them before so this will be a learning experience.
